The Grill delivers a succulent and surprisingly creative roster of cheap eats, including 100-per-cent local fish, on compostable, recyclable plates. The intimate North Shore eatery caters to local surfers and seafood-seeking tourists who line up to taste the salubrious and delectable creations like teriyaki-smothered chicken cubes, tri-tip steak marinated in a zesty, smoky salt rub, and the mouth-watering grilled monster shrimp topped with a healthy pine nut pesto sauce. Or try their skewers with 1000-mile curry sauce for a piquant bite.
The resplendent trailer, located just a short stroll from Sunset Beach, also offers the best North Shore breakfast for miles. Patrons gobble up the deliciously decadent acai berry bowl, a blend of fresh berries, tropical acai, all smothered in a drizzle of granola and honey. There’s also the more traditional Three Fluffy pancakes, real maple syrup and home- churned butter, with two eggs scrambled or fried with sides of Portuguese sausage or locally caught ahi.
