And while they are known for their outstanding white water expeditions, the couple has expanded their menu of trips.

From May through September, experience Dvorak multi-sport adventure vacations in Colorado’s Arkansas River Valley. This 45th longest river stretches east to southeast through Colorado, Kansas, Oklahoma and  Arkansas, a playground for fishing, kayaking and rafting. And then there’s also mountain biking, four-wheel drive safaris, hot springs soaks, rock climbing or hiking up a 14,000 craggy peak along the way.

Couples, friends and families can customize trips to meet any adventure fantasy. Plan a single day escape or a weeklong heart-thumping odyssey. Many people start with an overnight paddle trip on the Arkansas River and then add on other activities to build a custom adventure that ends up being five-to-seven days long. Guests can even choose how much “roughing” it they want to do at night, from camping under the stars to accommodations at bed and breakfast inns, resort cabins or deluxe lodges.
