Big Wave Charger Dave Kalama Leads Surf Camp in Maui
Add unforgettable rides with big wave surfer Dave Kalama to the bucket list.
A true trailblazer of the sport, Kalama co-developed tow-in surfing with Laird Hamilton to catch the largest and fastest ocean swells across the globe. He’s now inviting participants to a thrilling four-day surfing adventure that includes wave paddle surfing, canoe surfing, long boarding, windsurfing and beach-to-ocean workouts. Both intermediate and experienced surfers will have the unique opportunity of training with the best while building confidence, honing waterman skills and gaining further knowledge of the ocean from Kalama, who has spent his life riding the planet’s most epic waves.
The Maui Surf Camp will feature intimate classes to introduce participants to the finer points of wave riding, followed by guests entering a cocoon of luxurious amenities at the Four Seasons Resort. The pre-holiday package includes five nights at the resort, four days of surfing sessions, a $500-credit at The Spa at Four Seasons Resort Maui and more. Pricing begins at $5,000. The surf camp runs December 4-9. Contact surf.maui@fourseasons.com
for more information or call 808-874-2204 to reserve this package.
