Drink Wine, Tweet, and Earn $10,000 a Month
In a bid to compete with Queensland’s Best Job in the World, Murphy-Goode Winery in Sonoma County is offering one lucky applicant the opportunity to earn $10,000 a month as a “Wine Country lifestyle correspondent.” So what exactly does a “lifestyle correspondent” do? The winner will be slaving away tasting wine, tweeting and blogging about the experience and also uploading video diaries. The winery will provide a computer, PDA, digital and still camera. Plus, a spacious, rent-free house in the heart of Wine Country. Did we mention they are also paying the winner $10k a month?
The contest runs until June 5, and the ‘job’ begins August 1. Job seekers must complete an employment application and upload a one-minute video (longer videos will not be viewed) that demonstrates special qualifications for the job. You must be 21 to apply.
