South Africa Airways just announced a special promotion, the “Ultimate Africa Sale,” that includes fares starting at $910* (plus taxes and fees) round trip, for flights from New York or Washington, DC, to Johannesburg, Cape Town, Durban, East London or Port Elizabeth, in South Africa, or from Washington, DC, to Dakar, Senegal.  Flights from New York or Washington, DC, to Nairobi, Kenya; Entebbe, Uganda; Mauritius; Dar es Salaam, Tanzania; Victoria Falls, Zimbabwe; or Livingstone, Zambia; are being offered as low as $1,170* (plus taxes and fees).
